Address Change, LLC (the Company) and its affiliates provides its content on THE COMPANY website (website) (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Address Change, LLC IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND IS NOT AFFILIATED IN WITH THE USPS (United States Postal Service). Address Change, LLC FUNCTIONS AS YOUR AUTHORIZED AGENT IN PREPARING YOUR CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUEST WITH THE USPS. IN THE INTEREST OF FULL DISCLOSURE YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THE USPS ALSO PROVIDES AN ONLINE CHANGE OF REQUEST SERVICE. OUR SERVICE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL BENEFITS THAT THE USPS SERVICE DOES NOT.

1. Copyrights
All content and functionality on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
2. Trademarks

3. Use of site content
The Company hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print copies of the content and functionality displayed on the Site (the “Site Content”) on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content. 6. Your Consent

7. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due immediately upon completion of our change of address forms. Address Change, LLC will not process your request until payment has been received. Address Change, LLC offer's a 30 day no questions asked refund policy.
8. Governing Law
This is the entire Agreement between you and Address Change, LLC relating to your use of our Service. The laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America shall govern this Agreement as well as Address Change, LLC's Privacy Policy, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement or Address Change, LLC's Privacy Policy, or any subsequent agreement between you and Address Change, LLC that incorporates this Agreement, other than those disputes or claims subject to Arbitration as enumerated below, shall be filed only in state or federal court located in the State of Wyoming and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such action.
9. Arbitration
Any claim or controversy arising among or between the parties hereto pertaining to the Service, or any claim or controversy arising out of or with respect to any matter contained in this Agreement, or any differences as to the interpretation or performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement, other than those wherein either party has infringed or threatened to infringe the other party's intellectual property rights, or wherein you have violated Address Change, LLC's User Conduct Restrictions, shall be settled by arbitration in the State of Wyoming, and such arbitration shall be before three arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association (the "AAA") under its then prevailing rules. Intellectual property rights, as defined herein, include patent, copyright, trademark or trade secrets. You and Address Change, LLC jointly acknowledge that arbitration is not an adequate remedy at law for actual or threatened infringement of either party's intellectual property rights or wherein the claim or controversy arises out of your violation of Address Change US LLC's User Conduct Restrictions. If either of the aforementioned potentialities occurs then it is agreed that injunctive relief or other appropriate relief may be sought. In any arbitration involving this Agreement, the arbitrators shall not make any award, which will alter, change, cancel or rescind any provision of this Agreement, and their award shall be consistent with the provisions of this Agreement. Any such arbitration must be commenced no later than one (1) year from the date such claim or controversy arose, or such claim shall be deemed to have been waived. The award of the arbitrators shall be final and binding and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Address Change, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service; or for the loss of profits or damages that may result from theft, delays, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, viruses, failure of performance, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence); or otherwise, even if Address Change, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of implied warranties or exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such cases, the above limitation of liability may not apply to you. To that extent, Address Change, LLC’s total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action shall not be greater than the amount paid for the service request that gave rise to the action or $20.00 USD, whichever is less.
11. Termination
Either you or Address Change US LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may terminate this Agreement by destroying all materials obtained from the Service. Address Change may terminate this Agreement immediately, without notice for any reason, or no reason, and reserves the right to block or prevent your future access to the Service.
12. Sever-ability
If any portion of this Agreement and of Address Change, LLC's Privacy Policy is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that portion will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions hereof.
13. Agreement of Authorization
The person who prepares this form states that he or she is the person, executor, guardian, authorized officer, or agent of the person for whom mail would be forwarded under this order. Anyone submitting false or inaccurate information on this form is subject to punishment by fine or imprisonment or both under Sections 2, 1001, 1702 and 1708 of Title 18, United States Code. I also hereby authorize you to file USPS documents on my behalf as an authorized agent and agree to all terms of service related to this website and it's parent company please allow up to 7 -10 days for processing. By submitting this form you are also acknowledging that we are not the USPS (United States Postal Service) and that we are a filing service working on your behalf. You understand that we prepare the necessary forms required to complete a change of address so you can print and mail from the convenience of your own home. We will file unlimited address changes for you for up to six months. You also agree that once the form is prepared it is your responsibility to follow the instructions to successfully complete your change of address. You agree that you will not hold us responsible or ask for a refund for incorrect information you provided or lack of action on your part or any other party once the form is prepared and delivered to you.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains all of the terms and condition agreed to by you and Address Change, LLC with respect your use of the Service. It supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and communications between the parties dealing with same, whether oral or written.
